What i miss the most is x64 guest systems. This is the biggest miss of them all. When you are an IT pro person now a days you need x64 bits enviroments.

So i hate to say it but i still need VMWARE Server 1.0.1 and waiting for LongHorn

See ya

I've also installed it on my Vista laptop and I must say that it's very fast!

The new features are a bit slim for 3 years of development:
- Support for x64 Windows as a host operating system
- Support for hardware virtualization support
- Support for Windows Vista as a guest and host operating system (not 64 bit)
- Support for PXE network booting of virtual machines
- Support for the use of fullscreen virtual machines on multi-monitor systems (VM still stays on just one monitor though)

Still missing basic things like:
- USB Support
- Cloning virtual machines
- Snapshot technology
- Running a VM as a service

One of the main reasons for running virtual machines is testing en running legacy machines. But Microsoft stops the support for the following guest OS's:
- MS-DOS® 6.22
- Windows 95
- Windows 98
- Windows Millennium Edition
- Windows NT 4.0 Workstation

The only supported OS's are: Vista, XP, 2000, 98 SE and OS/2 warp.
